Course Overview
Get started with Acrylics in our Coffee, Cake and Canvas Course, designed for anyone wanting to develop their skills from the ground up! Whether you're new to painting in acrylics or enjoy painting at home and want to refine your technique, this course offers a chance to learn in a relaxed, small-group setting.
Painting with acrylics is a key foundation for many forms of art and a lot of fun when practised in a group. In this mindful, guided course, you’ll be enjoying a relaxed fun morning learning from a professional artist.
You will be introduced to essential skills, like observing and painting different paintings. Through exercises and demonstrations, you’ll develop a clear understanding of key painting principles, such as line, tone, perspective, and proportion.
Plus, you’ll learn to create realistic, spatial effects using negative space and perspective.
Upon completing this course, beginners and those with some experience will feel prepared to continue their creative journey and view the world through an artistic lens.
